Car sounds like a dump truck
No idea why, but my new rear suspension sounds more like a dump truck than a performance car.
My recent upgrades:
Koni SA 4th gen
Heater hose on spring
Hotchkis Panhard
Hotchkis boxed LCAs
22mm swaybar
Every single bump is amplified intensely with a horrible rattle. I can barely manage to drive it anymore under 40MPH it makes so much noise. At high speeds it isn't so bad. The reason I went with poly was the noise factor. Now I wish I would have just purchased rod ends.
It didn't seem toooo bad at first. Last week I had the car on jack stands to change the tranny fluid. I let the rear suspension hang down. Is it possible the spring was moved slightly to cause this noise? Would restoring the rear isolator help? I'm just frustrated now... it seems like every upgrade this year has had a side effect.

That's a bit strange.
If it was noise from the spring isolator pads it would get louder the faster you get. It is a faint hum that can hardly be heard. So I don't think it is that.
I'm guessing you have metal to metal contact somewhere, maybe something is rubbing? One thing to be sure of is that the LCA bolts to the body are tight. I think the specs are 80lbs. you might want to go 100lbs. If the LCA inner bushing is a wee bit narrower, you may have to squeeze the metal mounts in closer to lock it in place. I'd check that first.

"Sounds like a dumptruck" You mean its goes ding ding ding when backing up. Sorry I had to.
I would check the heater hose and maybe go back to the rubber isolator.

Like I said:
It won't require an alignment if you want to put it back in, though.
Have you tried tightening the LCA bolts?
You might want to crawl under there and make sure no parts are rubbing metal to metal.
It is possible that the springs fell over to the side and my not be centered on the top.

The noise hasn't been great since I had the rear suspension re-done. So for that reason I suspect the isolators. But it seems like it is even more noticeable since I jacked it up last time. It is going in for relocation brackets next week so everything will be re-tightened and they will look for any issues. It isn't a banging problem this time, it is just a rattle. So it isn't hitting anything.

Im bringing this thread back up.
My car rattles bad over rough road too.
Its been getting worse.
The parts in my sig were installed long after the noise started so they arent to blame.

The rear exhaust hangers where worn so i re-inforced them with hose clamps as others have done, but that didnt help the noise any.
I still think that the exhaust is involved though, based on the nature of the sound and the amount of rattles.
I dont have a lift, so I have to work with jacks/jackstands/ramps. This kinda limits what I can see since these cars are so low to begin with. I dont see anything loose. I need to put the car up on jack stands and run the suspension through its travel to see if I notice anything. I haven't been able to do that recently.
My brother and I just rechecked all the SFC bolts, PHB bolts, and front bolts of the rear LCAs, and they are all tight. We forgot to check the rear rear LCA bolts, but the rear LCAs are being replaced whenever LM Performance finally sends them to me.

Holy Crap.....
When that pic started coming in, I thought it was someone's butt crack!
I didnt check that brace.
I'll have to check it out and any other exhaust hangers, joints, and contact points.
