Default Lower Control Arms

These are going on an 01 SS.
Which is better tubular or boxed lower control arms ? The car has subframe connectors on it if that matters. It's also no longer lowered, I went back to the stock springs.
How are the BMR pieces ?
thanks

What kinda car is this for? Drag? Street? A little of both? I'm guessing you aren't too interested in Auto-X or RR since you went back to the stock springs...

If you can handle the extra rattles, and want the best possible performance, go with a rod/rod tubular LCA or a poly/rod setup. If you still want a quiet ride, go with poly/poly. I really don't think the difference between boxed and tubular is enough to justify any increased cost. Just go with whatever is cheaper.

I have UMI LCAs and I think they are pretty nice. Not too expensive either. Very nice parts
