Default Cant hook up should I get traction bars?

I have some crappy tires on right now I know that BUT I will be replacing them. My problem right now though is I cant hook up for the life of me I was thinking about buying a pair of Lakewood Traction Bars. I was wondering if some of you have them and what u think of them? Or does somebody have some opinions as to what I should do? Besides tire I wanna get didderent wheels first.

I would gladly do that but I just want good performance out of an everyday driver not that I want to keep it that way but I do have a huge problem hooking up. Yeah I wasnt to sure on the Lakewoods anyway cuz my bro bought a set for his '04 Silverado and dont do crap. I was thinkin about the torque arm but Slow poke you said dont think about it . Does that not work that well? And what do you guys think of the traction kit not a bad price AT ALL!!
