Default LCA relocation brackets on stock height car?

I was always under the impression that the control arm relocation brackets were for lowered cars, to put the angle back like it should be, but are some guys using them on stock height (springs) cars? What is the advantage if so?

I'm a dumbass, LCA's don't really have an impact on pinion angle.

Anyway I lowered the rear today with some Eibach springs I had laying around and I think I need to get some relocating brackets now, my LCA's are higher in front than the rear, which is bad.

Me too, then I lowered and went to the bottom hole. It's a very noticeable mod.

I think it should be the other way around. Lowering the rear means the car goes down and axle goes up. So the front of the LCA's should be lower than the rear. Under acceleration the axle tries to move forward and because of that angle the car get's pushed down and the axle gets pushed up which makes the tires not plant.

Putting the LCA's level just pushes the car forward.

Having them lower in the rear helps with getting off the line because it will cause the rear of the car to lift and it pushes the tires down. The down side is that under braking the rear tires will be lifted which hurts the rear braking grip. I think that's why the factory choose to make them level.

Plus, different angles can effect rear axle turn in under heavy cornering and such, but that's a whole other subject.

Most people agree that keeping the LCA's level is the best way to go, unless you are really into drag racing and are not interested in max braking. Then having the rear of the LCA slightly lower might be worth it.
