Default Shaking at 75+ and when braking

Could the rotors be the culprit of the vibration over 75mph? When I brake hard the steering wheel will shake left and right. I assume warped rotors even thought they were replaced 1 year ago according to service reciepts that i got with the car.

Or could it be a rim out of balance or a combination of both?

It's probably the brakes. If they weren't bedded in properly then uneven pad deposit probably accumulated over time to warp them. If the rotors still have enough thickness to them, then they probably can be resurfaced. Another possiblity is the rotor itself wasn't resurfaced before installing. Sounds crazy to some, however some of the OEM spec rotors (even higher quality ones too) will sometimes have uneven surfacing right out of the box. regardless of the two, you might want to resurface both rotors once you have evaluated the thickness of the rotor.

If resurfacing solves the problem, then give it a good bed-in so there will not be another immediate problem with warping.
