Default Adjustable or Non Adjustable

Im looking into ordering Lca and a torque arm from thunder racing, But Im confused about ordering adjustable or non adjustable... Whats the pro's and con's of both.. I just want to know for sure before ordering.. PLus I already searched and couldnt find anything
Also box or tubed? I dont care about the ride.. I take the car to the track 5 or 6 times a year..

If the car is lowered you're going to want adjustable, if it isn't and you don't plan to, you'll want the non-adjustable (save some cash).

Tubed is fine for most applications.
