What should I do??? Guys, I don't know what to do, the thing is that I am very interested in buying and putting the Xenon ground effects on my 2000 Z28, but I don't know if I also should lower it since I've got some 19" wheels on it (don't wanna mess up the kit due to little clearance from the ground (kit + lowering), if u see what I mean.)
I really wanna get a better handling than stock, what should I do? should I just get new shocks and keep it as high as it is? or both shocks and springs?

After going through the pains of lowering my 02' TA, I would highly recommend that you simply upgrade the shocks and not change the springs. I have tried 2 different sets of springs, and have not liked it at all. I am using the stock 17" wheels and have clearance problems. Keep in mind that you can always change the springs latter if you want too.
