Default Polyurethane Bushing Lifespan???

I've had my poly bushed LCA and panhard for about 3 years now. I have put over 50K miles and well over 100 drag launches on them. Last time I drove my car, it feels like they may have gotten soft and maybe worn out. Any opinions on this subject? I am thinking about replacing them.

Check the bushings in the Panhard Rod. Mine were stretched where the metal rod is in the center. My rear end felt loose. Bought some replacments and all is good again.
