HAL/QA1 Double adjustable shocks?

HAL/QA1 Double adjustable shocks? Most people on this board tend say anything less than Bilstein is crap, Bilstein is ok but not made for lowering springs and Koni's are the best.
Where do these HAL shocks fall in? Im not talking about the drag shocks I'm talking about the DOUBLE adjustable shocks with 24 settings for compression and 24 settings for rebound. They also have much more convenient adjustment ***** than the koni's
Are they better than Koni SA? Koni DA? Worse than Bilstein?

I thought the HAL double adj were still more of a drag race oriented shock but I could be wrong. If you want the best for handling get the KONI DA, drag race definitely either of the HALs (depending on your budget).
