Ground Control Install (PICS)

Just installed front and rear,but the rear is not seated correctly on the spring perch. Here is a shot of the spring correctly seated.

Is it possible that it is not flush on top, or does it need to be driven to seat down? I have not driven it yet, and have been messing with this for a few days.

Suggestions?

They are all like that. In the link you posted, that is an exeption, not the rule. Every other one I've seen has been tilted, it's the way the spring is made to sit from the factory. As the suspension moves up and down the angle changes. It will be fine.
