Hi, your new torque arms look realy nice. Wish I had waited.

It is not clear in your literature and people may think the torqure arm that goes straight across the tunnel (not for long tubes) will work with MAC headers and Y pipe. This is confussing because I have found that the MAC catalytic Y pipe must be treated as long tubes. In fact the Y pipe comes down lower in the tunnel area then other true long tube systems I have seen. In other words you have to use the torque arm version with the extra clearance (for long tubes). I think you should clearify using MACs in you literature.

Thanks JA

Thanks for the interest

Valkyn- We have found using our polyurethane bushing set-up there is minimal road noise making this unit excellent for a daily driver as well as track abuse. I can not comment on the spherical set-up because we have not completed ours yet but I do hope to offer it in the near future.

DTL504- We will have a torque arm set-up for the third generation F-Body in approximately 1 month if you would like to check back.

JGA- Thanks for the information. I currently do not have this listed because I personally have never used or seen a MAC set-up. I will look into it. Thanks again

If I may make a suggestion... I have no empirical data to verify this, but I think your crossmember may benefit from a wider mounting plate to better spread the load.

How is the ground clearance of the crossmember on lowered cars? My Spohn sits way toooo low for my comfort.

I actually see no need for a mounting plate that large on the drivers side. If you take a close look at the pictures or your vehicle you will see the passenger side factory mount is much smaller and our mounting plate actually over laps it. Also the torque arm cross member has been designed to work with popular 3-point style sub-frame connectors available.

How much ground clearance will I lose by using the TA that mounts to the chasis? I am lowered about 1" and I dont want to lose my new TA to a speed bump. You have any pics from a side angel on a lowered car so we can get an idea of what kind of clearance it might have? thx

Ground clearance may be a small issue with our drop down design for long tubes on a lowered car. A stock height car won't have near the issues if any, but depending on your vehicle height there may be some scraping.

We do hope to have a K-Member released by the end of this year or the beginning of next year. This project is taking some time, but I will be sure to post details as I have them available.

Thank you!

If you do, you ought to design one that can definitely take the rigours of high speed racing over a road course. Preferably a chromoly box design that weighs less than the OEM piece.

Great! I was just about to ask you about that. You going to package that with the front A-Arms too perhaps?

That and more room around the botom of the motor would be awesome. Also retain some protection for the oil pan.

Already ahead of you on that!

We do hope to have a unit designed to take the everyday street abuse as well as possibly Road Race. This will take a lot of testing to confirm it so I am not making any promises but we it in the works.

Thank you
