question if alignment is needed Is it necessary to get an alignment right after installin LCA relocation brackets? The reason i ask is cause i need to get an alignment right now since i just installed DMS springs, Koni Shocks, and UMI adj panhard bar, and i might not be able to install the relocation brackets for another couple weeks.

No it's not necessary to get it done after but i recommend to Get the alignment you need now, and when you install the LCA relocation brackets take it back and get it re adjusted if needed under warranty.

None of the items you mention would change the wheel alignment: relocation brackets, springs, shocks and panhard bar. The springs could be an exception to that if they changed the ride height, though.
