14" front brakes what are my options??
I would like to get a set of 14" front big brakes. What options are out there, does anyone have? I have searched and came up empty. I was looking for a bolt-on system but could could put together peices if needed or even custom make/fab mounts if needed. I know that it is overkill but they will fill up the 18" wheels nicely and look killer. TIA

Baer, either in the older Alcon version or the new (in house) mono block '6S'. We had a pre production set for a mag photo shoot and they are pretty f'in huge (and way too heavy)..... but they will be cheaper than the four piston Alcon set up.
My choice and what I presonally run, AP Racing differential six piston. You can get either a 14 inch kit (that will even fit some 17 inch wheels) or a 14.5 inch kit for 18 inch wheels. Its much lighter and is full road going.... not to mention they are used on the C5R and C6R.... that should tell you enough of what GM thinks of them over the rest of the competition.
And then there is Willwood.
And lastly, the four piston, 14" big brake kit from Stop Tech.
(You didnt say weather or not you wanted 6 pot or not but 6 pot it is)

MOVIT sells a 13.5inch kit using porsche parts (easy to find replacement parts). LMperformance has a good number of custom brake kits, and im sure any of the companies out there could put you something together, its all in how much your willing to give em.
