Here is a good walkthrough:

My brother and I just installed my SLP Bolt-On SFC this past Sunday.
* We followed those instructions.
* We used ramps on the rear and didnt lift the front at all.
(Our driveway has a grade to it so the car wasnt that far off from level.)
* Oddly enough, all the bolt holes lined up.
(This is a surprise considering a bad frontal accident I had two years ago that required a frame rack to straighten out the car)
* The front and rear lined up fine.
* The middle hung a little low (about an inch), but we used a jack to push them up into place
* Once we got all the bolts started, we tightened everything down.

yeah the side bolts lined up but the center hung low. I too used a jack to push it up, but one center bolt on the driver side didnt line up so i ended up grinding it a little but and now its in there, i think its a little crooked but its in there
