Kevlar on the pads.
iintersting concept. i haven't heard anything about brakepads with kevlar. and theres 0 info on that site. anyone got an experience\horror stories about em?
Kevlar is not cheap to begin with, and you can bet if there is any, it ain't much for that price (go see what the bargain basement crap costs @ AutoZone....). And Kevlar is a bonding material, not a friction material. "Kevlar" is one of those hot words that makes folks go woowwwww... Just like there are "carbon fiber" brake pads. There aren't, but damn is sounds cool. There are carbon brakes, and carbon based materials, but not carbon fiber brakes (think of what real carbon fiber costs).
And FWIW.... I've *never* heard of Lomandi brake pads.
