What are the best sub frame connectors weld on or bolt on. I would like to have the strongest possible.

Theyre all gona be the same, just a matter if you want to go with a 2 point or 3 point design.

It is a sort of external, metal skeleton which is used to unite the subframes in order to increase rigidity and minimize body flex.
