how many miles break in period for new rotors and pads?

Default how many miles break in period for new rotors and pads?
got my irotors and hawk hps pads installed today. man, what a difference, even though i've been going easy on them.

its not really miles to break em in, its more of a process. Do a search for bedding in the pads, and seasoning the rotors.
