Is it normal to bend/twist panhard rod??
I bent and twisted my stock panhard rod to hell, what's up with that? Happen to anyone else? I'm goint to order an adjustable BMR rod soon, I hammered it back into original shape, but thought it was weird I bent/twisted it...

I would recommend avoiding the cheaper PHR bars and getting a good rod end bar that is going to last. Unbalanced Engineering has a high quality one with Aurora rod ends for $150. There are other good ones also, but they are a bit higher in price. You could also save money by making your own for about $100.
Don't worry about noise as good rod ends won't add much at all. Because the bar is not loaded most of the time and when it is loaded it's not to a high degree, the rod ends will last a long time, compared to a rod ended LCA for instance.
I wasted my money on a BMR poly adjustable unit and now I'm going to have to replace it with a better one. I wish I had just gotten a good one from the start.
