Default what kinda brake pads should i go with

guys im lookin for new pads for my 99 trans am pretty much stock only with 20s what are the best brake pads i can get for the money ive seen ceramic (just fronts for like $40 and also Kvlar Brake Pads all the way around for the same are ceramic that much better????

Carbotech Panther pluses ($285) for when you absolutely need to stop.

What is important to you, noise, dust, price? Not all ceramic and kevlar pads are the same so don't let the names fool you.
