Default LS1 brake upgrade question

Alright I'm wanting to do the upgrade on my LT1 but all I see is the front system being done. What about the rear brakes? Are the rears just replacing the rotors and calipers? I've also searched but I only found info. on the front conversion. Also if I do only do the fronts is it going to be a noticeable difference from the back? If anyone has pics of the LS1 fronts and the LT1 rears on the car I'd like to see the size difference.

Its a lot of work for nothing. I've got 98+ front brakes 93-97 rears. No brake bias problems at all.
