Default spring installation

i just purchased a set of lowering springs for the z, and i was wondering if there is some tips to changing the front coilovers i have the tool to compress the springs anything else or info would be appreciated and i also have to change my wifes too on her 2003 eclipse when they get here so i have alot of coilovers to change .

I took my new shocks and springs to cole muffler, I got talking to the manager and he took the old shocks apart, and re assembled the new shocks/springs for me. I gave him $20 for the trouble that I diddnt have to go through, LOL!!!

i cant believe it is that hard to do im not replacing the shocks just the springs . i know the back 2 are easy but never done coilovers just wanting someone with experience to give me some tips to make it much easier than me trying to figure it out. i try to do all my own work on our cars its a good experince to at least try and learn then to never try.
