ok now for the questions....
1: which **** does what. one is marked C and the other R which im sure is rebound....
2: is there any good setting to start off with on these shocks?
3: as we are dialing in the shocks at the line is there anything we should look for when we are going to adjust is there something we should do if the car is leaving a certainway?

I think it depends on how much experience you have with setting up suspensions as to where you should start. If you are just beginning I'd take it out on the two most extreem settings and get a feel for what you will be shooting for (ie something in between)
I'm not sure how much compression you can keep from going into the pass side rear (as I don't own these) but I bet you are going to want your compression in the pass rear pretty high and the driver side much lower to level the car as it launches.
