I think it would be a snap. Mine was'nt but it was for a 12 bolt and I put it on a 9". It was a ******* pain in the ***. I had to hack some **** to make it work.
I like the chassis mount one due to taking the stress off the drive line and putting it on the chassis. You should have no problems!

Not difficult, just time consuming. Especially when you switch to poly bushing and you go to tighten the bolts with the poly bushing installed. But nothing special, you can do the install yourself as I did.
BOSS APPROVED! It took me about 3 hours to do the TA and the PHR (I did both at the same time). That was in my garage, with no lift and basic tools. And yes a lot of WD40. Get the grade 8 bolts also. Get it done right the first time and forget it.
