Polyurethane rear swaybar bushings???

Would the car benefit from increased handling if I upgraded the rear rubber swaybar bushings to polyurethane?

They are greasable, and they are lubed, and they are still squeaky.
...but thats also because they are brand new (two days). They still need to be retightened now that I think about it...
Good thing I remembered.
Yeah, it isn't really a bad squeaky though, kinda like when you dog chews on a squeaky toy. Though it's not really audible over the regular Camaro squeak that we all have. Unless of course your car doesn't squeak.
