Default loose tq arm bolts

i was under the car a few days ago and noticed the front 2 bolts on the tq arm were completely loose. i guess ive been driving like this since i bought the car. the trans was rebuilt so im guessing maybe the shop didnt tighten them enough. anyways now when i launch hard i get so much wheel hop (tq arm doing its job). im lowered so my geometry is prolly off which doesnt help the situation. anyways what susp. parts should i swap out in order for less wheel hop? i did a search btw

lower controll arms, but then you would have to get re-location bracktes to make them worth while..and also maybe a poly trans bushing, but its not a must
