Default 02 Rear Brakes diff from 94?

I just recently broke my 10 bolt , but i knew it was going to happen sooner or later. I know a guy that has a 9" in is 02 SS with around 500 miles on the 9". He's planning on selling it and i can get it alot cheaper than buying a new one. My question is, Well my rear brakes bolt right up onto this 9". I think the e-brake is a different style and if it is what would it take to make it work?

Thanks

The parking brake setup on the '98 and later f-body is an internal drum brake style inside the rotor hub. If the rearend comes with the complete rear brake setup all you will need are the parking brake cables. The front section of cable is p/n 10288166, and the rear is 10424988 (you'll need 2 rear cables). If it doesn't come with the rear brake setup yours will bolt right up (if the 9" housing is configured for stock f-body brakes).
