If your asking a simple, hypothetical question then the ride height is almost solely determined by the springs.

If you are asking about lowering your car and wanting it to ride and handle well, things get a lot more complicated. The suspension works as a whole. When you change one thing it effects all the other parts. At the very least, springs and shocks should be matched together and replaced as a unit.

None of those are needed.

If you are running 315's out back you would need the adjustable PHR because they are big mothers and need to be adjusted to keep from rubbing. But if you are running the 315's, then you probably already have an APHR.

Lowering the ride height changes the pinion angle slightly, but not enough to need to change it back.
