You're going to need new shocks. Even if you thought you could get away with stock shocks on a lowered suspension, the top nut on the front shocks will be so beyond rusted that you'll have to destroy the shocks to get it off anyway, which means you're replacing the shocks. You could probably get away with not changing the rear shocks for awhile, but your car won't handle well and will bounce over bumps. Do a search....tons of threads on this.
