Ok i am thinking about lowering my car. it is a stock height 2000 z28 camaro. right now i have 17x9.5 zo6 wheels. i am also considering getting long tubes for my car. pacesetter's. Will i have any scraping issues ? also should i get the sport lines ? What is the exact drop with the sport lines. Thanks

I have Pacesetters on mine with Hotchkis springs. From my experience, the headers won't scrape, but there is a higher risk of the y-pipe scraping, especially if you get a catted y-pipe. Mine scrape on everything, especially on the driver's side.
If you know a good muffler shop, they can probably fab you a y-pipe that will tuck up against the floorboard, then fix it so it doesn't bang under acceleration. Other than that, just take it slow and grit your teeth.
