for what it's worth
great thread, wish i'd have seen it when i was first considering dropping my ss. now i realize they are adjustable, but i thought a pic with ground control springs/coilovers might be good info for another option. so if anyone's curious, here's my .02

might wanna add what peoples opinions are with each spring as far as ride quality and ground clearance..etc etc.
ill start..
BMRs- ground clearance is no issue for me..Kooks LT's and subframes, never rub.
ride quality was not sacrificed which is another reason i love these springs..gave it a firmer feel yet not hard on the back if ya know what i mean.

Give Sam Strano a call. He's a sponsor--------->
or one of our other sponsors. Theres a bunch of options on the Ground Control Coilover's. G2 makes a set also but they are around $2000. QA1's are also adjustabe in the front and also have shock a rebound adjustment.

96 lt-1,
google ground control coilovers and you'll get hits for suppliers, hopefully one will be a sponsor.
all you need to be aware of is there is a kit designed specifically for your year/shock set-up.
good luck.
