Default do relocation brackets really help?

I have stock ride height, lca's, panhard, nitto's, and im getting a torque arm. Should i get lca brackets or not? Do they really help on a stock ride height car? I dont see how they would help traction...
Thanks.

You only need them if you lower your car....

They are only for lowered cars.

why would they not work on lowered cars? they still move the instant center back to help plant the tires?

Yes. I read about this on this site and at installuniversity.com

Some members here recommended bmr relocation brackets and how traction will be improved on stock ride height, so I bought a set.

I got the bolt on - r.b. and they were not difficult to install at all, it was an easy process.

As for added traction...YES. It feels like at acceleration their is a bit more traction. I know I can really feel the car pull a lot better on corners too.

I, having a stock ride height, I recommend relocation brackets. And I used the lowest hole on the relocation bracket.

Traction for me isn't that great of an improvment or at least untill I get drag radials. But it is an improvment, but I guess I do have more of a chance to break my 10 bolt. But yeah, you will see an improvment with relocation brackets with stock ride height.
