E-brake light on while driving?

E-brake light on while driving? While driving my car last night the E-brake light came on when i was cruising down the road. (and no the ebrake was not on) If i turn the car off..then release the e-brake the light goes off until i start driving again. Also, after driving for about ten minutes my 'ABS inop' light comes on. Could this be because of the 15x3" weld prostars in the front? My friend told me that with that skinny of tire/wheel, I might have some ABS problems. What could this be? I would like to get it fixed ASAP. Thanks.

Never heard of dirty fluid making the light come on, but I would flush it for good measure anyways. Check under the center console and make sure the park brake arm is comming in contact with the electric switch when you let it down.

are you saying that your brake lights are on? or your e-brake light is on? I have huge a$$ tires in the back too and i think that the wheel speed sensor is reading a different speed because of such a big tire. I was thinking either that or the skinny tires up front are causing vibration and therefore affecting the ABS. Once i get a set of stock wheel and tires on i will see if it goes away...hopefully!
