Question Is my car already lowered???

My car has 108k on the factory shocks, so I want to replace those. I'm also thinking about new springs. I want something stiffer, but all of the stiffer springs I've seen are lower than stock. Someone mentioned to me that my car looks like it's already lowered(I'm the second owner), but if not, since it's already so low, I don't really want to lower it even more just to put on stiffer springs. Looking at this pic, what do you think?

Btw, the wheel and tire area didn't look so dim on my laptop. Maybe you can adjust the brightness on your monitor to see what I'm talking about.

Looks like it might have a little drop to it already. Check out the springs and make notes. Color of them, any part numbers you can see, if the coils get closer together at one end. Anything really. Then I can tell you if they are GM springs or not and that'll be a start.
