If I swap in WS6 springs onto a non-ws6 car, will I need an adjustable panhard bar and lca relocation brackets? Or would the drop in heigh [1/2"] not be large enough to require those parts?

You don't NEED either one, but both will be beneficial. The stock rear is sometimes off center from the factor and the brackets are of benefit on stock and lowered cars.
