I checked the sway bar and it appeared tight, does anyone know the torque specs for those nuts, also should I have the suspension loaded or unloaded when tightening them?

Don't know the answer to those questions, but did you notice any clean spots around the bushings for the sway bar? That would indicate that the bar is sliding inside the bushings.

Mine sways whenever I get on or off the gas. I'm clueless, but it is really getting on my nerves. (And it's kinda dangerous.)

well hopefully it helps, took mine to a shop and put it on a lift, the lca's wiggled a bit, and so did the pnhard bar, not to mention that my car is lowered and doesn't have an adj. panhard on it.

I hope this helps you all out, when ever I would get on the gas, my car would fell like the rear wanted to spin up front.....

How much wiggle are you talking about? I just don't see how a little play because of a wrong size bolt would cause the sway. Hopefully that's it, though.
