Default lowering kit pics again please

post pics of trans ams w/ the sportline lowering kit being the only suspension mod please

i know what all i need to do so i can lower it right, but im about 800 short w/ no job and second semester of college coming up in 15 days

so i want need to make up my mind on just the sportline kit, or nothing at all

i guess pics of the prokit would be ok too, or any lowering kit i guess, i just want the springs to be the only suspension mod

I dont know but, why does that matter when you lower a car the springs are what determine the ride hieght,not any of the other suspension components.

I don't know if there just springs only. Aftermarket shocks and struts won't make that much differenc in ride height. Unless there coil overs. If you want slammed on the ground then sportline is the way to go.

is it true though that you need a bunch more suspension components after lowering a car with JUST springs to make your car drive "straight" or can u lower it with springs and be fine?

if you want a great performing car yes yes yes . but with springs only youll be "ok" less traction than stock though and worse ride.

Here is what I've got and have had it for 50k miles and have not had any problems. There are probably better riding and handling cars out there but this is what i did. When I lowered my car I installed the Eibach pro-kit, and BMR LCA relo brackets. That's it. Now I'm I recommending you doing that NO. Do springs and struts and LCA relo brackets at the same time. Don't do what I did but you can "get by" with it. I know i'm kinda contradicting myself but i'm a broke college student. LCA relo brackets are a must though if you ever want to hook up again. I picked up some used BMR bolt ins on here for $70 and they looked brand new. As for bolt-ins or weld ins. I have not had any problems with mine. As for weld in's. I've heard good and bad things about them. Just remeber they are only as good as the welder. Also I've heard some horrors storys about them not being welded in the right spot and the rearend being off center. Now with all that said. If your going to lower your car. Buy springs, shocks, struts, and LCA relo brackets at the same time. The panhard rod and torq arm can wait. Plus they are easy install's that can be done later on. Contact one of our sponsors and they can lead you in the right direction. You just need to plan on what direction your wanting togo with your car. Whether it be a canyon carver or drag racer. Also consider your budget. The sky's the limit on susp. parts.

yea, im a broke college student too, i know i want to do it right, but no way for that to happen til the end of next summer at the earliest, and i have little patience

Shocks wont make a difference in ride heigth with an off the shelf lowering kit unless you use Koni SA's and install the springs on the lower perch.
