a relocating crossmember. But I put one on and took it
back off shortly, it was just too harsh for a setup that
isn't likely to break stuff. The only other benefit of the
tunnel mounted arms is their shorter length giving a more
extreme reaction. For a street car though a long arm is
probably better, you don't want mad bite at the expense
of mad brake hop etc. The relocating crossmember I have
(a used Yank piece of the older style) has one other
benefit - you can index the mount position to actually
change instant center. This is independent of the pinion
angle (set out back and relating little to the IC).
I don't know as I'd trust that the Moser 12bolt is that
close to stock geometry, that you could go nonadjustable.
Probably best to keep your options open. And be sure you
use the longest possible bolts that just barely don't bottom
in the hole, and Loctite 'em good....
