Default torque arm question

Torque arm seenms to be bent at the tail-end, there is too small bends right before it bolts to the rear. Is this normal or is it going to cause a problem???

I am going to a custom true dual set-up soon, what should I do about the torque arm????

is it the top part? I know someone that broke the top peice about 3 inches from the bushing by the rear end. I'm not sure what it looked like before it bnroke but the end result was pretty nasty.

It is really weird though...mine isn't factory. I look at a friends T/A and yes he does have those same bends, but mine is an aftermarket piece. Thanks for the help
