Default suspension

i am going to be changing out my shocks and springs soon. i hear it is hard to compress the spring to get the shock installed into. if i got a shop to do it for me would the install go alot faster? would it just be basically swapping them out and screwing and unscrewing bolts?

I took my BMR springs in to have them installed. The coils were kind of too tight for getting a good bite with the spring compressor. Midas did it for $30 bucks. Took em like 10 minutes. Most places want more $. You should be able to get the old ones off and depending on the springs may get the new ones on. Just watch out you will probably end up cutting off the nuts at the top of the front shocks. Not a big deal though if you are getting new ones.
