Default sportlines+longtubes

currently, i only have the back springs done, still awaiting the front. i will be getting lt's installed sometime later this week. my question is, with the front lowered with such a drop, am i gonna have serious issues with scraping the ypipe or something else?

i may just put the stock springs back on the back, sell these sportlines, and go with something like BMR.

anyone running this setup? opinions?

thanks in advance

Personally I wouldn't even think of it. Clearance SUCKS even with the pro-kit!

the thing is i've heard a couple people talking about scraping issues, and some of the streets around here can be pretty unforgiving. i guess i'll take a look at the clearance once the headers are installed, then go from there

I have Kooks LT's with sportlines and the headers have never scraped on anything. I have 3 1/2 inches of clearance between the lowest point of the y-pipe and the ground. The y-pipe hangs slightly lower than the headers. You just have to be careful around potholes and speedbumps.

so i finally got the headers installed and it looks like im going to be returning the back springs to stock. the y pipe hangs pretty low as is, and if i lower it will be barely floating off the ground it looks like.

anyone wanna trade some bmr's or anything around a 1'' for some sportlines??

I have qtp lt's and their catted y with sportlines. I hit a REFLECTOR today with my cat. Qtp is sending me a diff "s" pipe with diff bends. I think I am going to try to find some stock springs on the cheap.
