Default UMI 3 Point Subframe Connectors

Does anybody have the UMI 3 Point subframe connectors? How do you like them. If so which did you get bolt in or weld? I'm thinking about getting a pair. From what I understand weld in is stronger.

weld in are stronger....3-point is useless it's a 2-point subframe with a pivot point in the middle. Now if both subframes where joined together front and rear with each other I could see how they could make a difference with torsional twist but other wise that third connection point out inthe middle of a flimsy floor pan can't do much IMO.....

I have the 3 point SFCs and I absolutely love them!
I didnt think I was going to feel a difference since my car is a Daily driver but believe it or not I do. When switching lanes on the freeway, going into the ramps on freeways, etc.
They also tuck in very good. Cant go wrong with UMI too. Loooove that company

I'm running 3 points and the car has remained extremely tight. And yes U.M.I. would be
my choice to recommend.

3pt do serve a purpose if you are running a tunnel mounted TA. im sure it takes stress off of the weak floor pan and puts that torque into the SFC so the stress isnt nearly as great on the floor pan. that is the only reason i went with the 3pt. design.

I just put these on my car the other week. I went with bolt ons. I'm still waiting for my drive shaft loop/tunnel brace to come in to tie it all together better. It does feel stiffer over the nasty potholed/patched roads around here and does feel tighter in the corners now. It's not a huge improvement like some people say but it is better. These things look awesome and tuck unbelieveably close. The Y pipe is still lower than the SFC's are.

EDIT...man who drug this thread up from Feburary? I just saw the original post date.
