what springs on a 408 iron block

what springs on a 408 iron block i have a 408 lme iron block thats going to be put in shortly with kooks 1 7/8 headers w/ 3inch collector and tsp x-pipe with bullet mufflers.i still want the lowered look i currently have with my sportlines or alittle bit higher.what are you 408 guys running and would recommend.just a weekend car really i dont always drive it
