GTO sway bar settings

Hey guys, I'm getting my swaybars powdercoated and then im installing them, what holes in the sway bars (hotchkis) should I adjust them to for THEE best handling? Thanks a lot guys-Lance.

I would start with the middle setting and go from there.

I want to experiment as little as possible, does anybody have experience with these?
