and whats the advatages to having adjustable?

Adjustable is just for different rims and wider than normal tires.

Tubular will fit wider wheels/tires. Adjustable to square the rear under the car.

Adjustable lower control arms are for tires having a larger overall diameter.
Adjustable panhard bar is for wider wheels.

I thought that the adj panhard was to center the rear from left to right and the adj control arms were to center it front to back.

Correct, also a well built tubular control arm will hold up to what ever you can put at it. A tubular arm will also be lighter in most cases.
