Default BMR Motor Mounts

Well I have orderd them NowI need to install them. Problem is the motor is completely together and the trans is mounted, i had not realize dhow bad they were untill the motor was mounted completely and assembled.

How should i install these? I have a basic hoist, a 2-3 jacks and a 4 ramps...
Let me know how to go aobut this, thanks guys Need to know ASAP

Also does this set the engine @ the same expanded height or does it lower or raise the motor? I am running straight headers w/ extensions and the drivers side extension already hits the floor board.

Need to know ASAP thanks everyone let me know please step buy step what to do, what to disconnect etc.
