Default Subframe connectors help?

hey guys hows it goin? im looking into purchasing subframe connectors soon and im not sure which ones to go with? ive seen the 1 piece which connect the front to the back or ive seen these 3 piece which do the same as the 1 piece but also connect to the middle of the car? is there really that big of a difference? and also my car is lowered so clearance might be an issue to. thanks for the help!

If you have no floor mounted torque arm, you'd be more than fine with 2 points. If you have or plan on getting a floor mounted TA, then three points should be considered.

well when would i be needing a floor mounted ta? cause i was gonna get a new ta just didnt know they were mounted to the floor.
