is it absolutely necesary to weld in the brackets before running the car? Im considering installing them today and thought about running with them without being welded until the weekend...

can this be done or should i kick myself in the mouth for even thinkning this?

Seeing as they make bolt-in and weld-in relocation brackets, I wouldn't see the harm in just bolting them up for now.

However, I would definitely check with the manufacturer first before doing so.

i have a set of the spohn relocation brackets.... on their website it says that you have to weld them in for the best results but my questions is that the back part, when installed, will lock itself with the rear-end axles housing so it should be ok...

right?

There is a big difference between bolt-in and weld-in, the bolt-in have an extra tab that bolts the the shock mount. Without it they would swing back and forth.
