solid mounts and frame ?

solid mounts and frame ? so i am going to be getting the sphon solid motor mounts, i have the poly trans mount already to go in this weekend...but my ? is that i heard that with those mounts on the stock frame that you can actually bend the frame?!? 
is that true? i was told that i need to get a set of SFC's first to stiffen the frame....while i am not opposed to that 
...i dont want to wait that long....please let me know if i would twist the frame if i just went ahead with the mount install! thnx in advance!
