Default Rotoworks rotors

ws6store

WS6 Store has a set of 4 rotors zinc, cross drilled, slotted, for $169. Has anyone ever used these rotors? And has anyone even heard of rotoworks? I dont want to find out they are crap after I get them. I know 4 rotors for that price seems to good to be true, but could it be a good deal?

I think the company could be called roto tech too.

I have them I've put about 2K on them, they look real nice. I also use the hawk pads with them. I am really impressed with them rotors. I put them on expecting to take them right off and have to replace them, but they work great. I have done several 100mph+ stops and no warping. worth the money IMO

With what I've learned about cross-drilling rotor fatigue cracks I've steered away from that idea and considering just slotted or slotted/dimpled. PowerSlots are expensive and not worth it for just replacing my stock LT1 rotors. Would like to upgrade the entire setup one day for Willwoods, Baer, etc. But meantime I'm trying to find something that would hold me over. Found these tonight on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-94...ayphotohosting and they sound nice for the price, especially with Zinc coating included & they have slotted/dimpled vs crossdrilled. Let me know what you guys think?

Honestly BRETTINATOR, I dunno. They might be quality components, but I think the old addage "You get what you pay for" might hold true.

Not saying these units are ****, being I have no first-hand experience with these. But I think the quality you get going w/ a Baer or Wilwood setup will blow setups like this out of the water. For ~$200 it might be worth a shot tho. Its not like you'll be out the same coin like you would w/ a Baer or Wilwood setup.

There's only one way to find out how these units perform...

Well my buddy ordered them last night (he has Paypal), $230 shipped, I'll keep you guys posted on the "what what" of how they perform, etc. I totally agree with you on Willwood/Baer, I'd do those now but financially everything has been going into getting the new build done. So hopefully these rotors will hold up good for awhile, the calipers I custom dremeled smooth as Shakira's *** and about 15 coats of red/clear, just looking for F&*^ing CAMARO decals now

Mine have been working great. I have done a few fairly hard stops on them, and no warping or anything. I'd definetly recomend them.

Baer is crap...I put Baer crossdriled and slotted all the way around on my Silverado and all the rotors are cracked as hell. I should have just flushed the $450 a pair down the toilet. They won't warranty them because the aren't "warped". This are just little cracks either, we're talking cracks all the way through...and now they make a grinding noise when coming to a stop.

I bought 4 when they were on sale for $149 bucks, but they're just for looks. So far so good, no cracks. PBR is an Austrailian company that makes the calipers for the F-Bodies and is related to BAER brakes.

Ive had mine since they had the special for $149 in the beginning January and have worked fine. Have over 5k on them and still stop as good as the first day I got them.

To the guys that are having good luck with these, are you using slotted only, drilled only, or slotted and drilled? Also, what kind of pads?
