Default How to know if I need to replace calipers

I am about to replace all four rotors and brake pads on my Formula. When I took it to a shop they told me that I needed to rebuild my calipers, or replace them. What are the signs that the calipers are frozen? Right now the car shudders real bad under braking, so I assume that is just a problem with the rotors. The shop guy told me the calipers weren't releasing all of the way. I am clueless when it comes to brakes, so any help would be great.

A lot of times the car will pull to one side under braking. Your wheels can also become very hot to the touch from the constant friction. If they are indeed sticking, try replacing the rubber brake lines first.

How difficult is that? Wouldn't I need to plug up the line somewhere to prevent all of the fluid from leaking?
